Keeping mine

The idea really is to have the "control" over mine. I don't necessarily want to keep it all. I just want to be the one who decides where "MY" stuff goes. I don't want somebody whether elected or appointed to decide that I need to devote the equivalent of 18% of my life to fund somebody else who decides they don't want to do a damn thing!!!!!
